Nothing answers a customer untested. The release gate

Pricingper conversation, never per seat

You pay for conversations Roux handles, and a monthly platform fee that covers the parts nobody should meter: the gate, the watchdog, the record, and every person on your team who wants to look at them.

The unitWhat actually moves the invoice

A conversation is one customer, one issue, start to finish. Voice is billed by the minute because that is what the line costs. Chat and WhatsApp are billed per conversation, however long it runs.

Seats are free because charging for them punishes the thing we want you to do, which is put the whole team in front of the open promises.

PlansAnnual commitment, billed monthly

Three sizes

The plan is set by committed monthly volume. Below roughly two thousand conversations a month Roux displaces less than one full-time agent, and we will tell you so rather than sell you a plan.

Rates are in euros, exclusive of VAT. WhatsApp template fees charged by Meta are passed through at cost, with no markup. Voice rates stop at a published floor and do not move below it for any volume, because a price that cannot be sustained is a price that gets withdrawn later.

What is never metered

The release gate

Every simulation run, on every release, in every jurisdiction you operate in. Charging for the test would be charging you to be safe, and it would give somebody a reason to skip it.

The watchdog

It sweeps every minute whether you have one open promise or four thousand. It is the thing that makes the product true, so it is not a line on your invoice.

Seats and the record

Everyone who needs to see the open promises gets a login. The customer record, its consents and its suppressions are yours, exportable, at no charge.

QuestionsThe ones procurement asks

Common questions

Eight to twelve weeks, €8,000 to €15,000, against success criteria the product already counts: resolution rate, escalation completion, cost per resolution. The pilot fee credits against the first year if you continue. If it does not work, you keep the record and the report, and we keep the lesson.

Overage is billed at your plan's rate, the same rate as the committed volume. There is no penalty multiplier. If you sit above the next plan's threshold for two consecutive months we move you up, which lowers your rate.

Because it costs more to run. A voice minute carries telephony, speech recognition and speech synthesis on top of the model. Messaging carries only the model. We price each channel against what it costs rather than averaging them into one number that hides which one you are subsidising.

Yes, and we would rather say so plainly. An escalated conversation still ran, still cost money, and still did work: it gathered the context the person receives. What we do not charge for is a conversation that failed to start, and those are credited automatically.

Not yet. It is where the category is going and where we intend to end up, but it requires attribution maturity we do not have. The reporting ships now: you see cost per resolution and attributed value in your own dashboard from the first week, which is what you would need to negotiate an outcome deal later.
